The best engraving store in town! Great selection of items on hand and they can order almost anything else. Their amazing customer service is what really sets them apart.
MD Engraving did a set of custom awards for our company recognition event and they were absolutely perfect. The quality of the engraving was precise and professional, and Mickey was great to work with — helpful with design ideas and got everything done on time. This place has amazing customer service and they went over and above to help me figure out a last minute gift for my son who was deploying. They created a beautiful product and they are the friendliest ladies you will ever meet! This was my first time using MD Engraving but I will definitely be back here!
MD Engraving does a great job and has helped us with projects big and small! From awards and trophies to custom engraving on YETI tumblers and coolers, their attention to detail and customer service is fantastic!
Mickey and her team are fantastic! I have asked for several unique projects that have varying degrees of difficulty. All projects have been completed in the timeframe I asked for and completed to my exact request. I even had them engrave some baseball bats for my son and they were completed perfectly. There is no better engraving company in Sioux Falls. Use them, you will not be disappointed.
PERFECT UNIQUE GIFTS!!! I'm pretty proud of myself... I'm kinda an awesome gift giver...(just sayin') And with these great personalized gifts... YER SET!!! They are so helpful and friendly... For special gifts... Think of them first, and just give them time (a week or two) to create the magic... Love this place! I've never been disappointed and this is like the 8th or 9th thing I've had them do for me.
Awesome place! we get all our plaques made here they are quick and affordable
We always use MD for our projects and Mickey and her team do an excellent job every time. While we haven’t ever had any mishaps, I’m extremely confident they would make it right immediately if anything ever did go wrong. We always appreciate their flexibility and willingness to work with us on schedule, etc. Great people who do top notch work.
These guys are really helpful and helped create the perfect going away for a soldier in our office. Thank you, guys!!
Two very kind and helpful women who know what they are doing. I brought a lid to a dutch oven into the store and explained my idea. They designed it perfectly and timely. Couldn't have asked for more. Many thanks. Definitely recommend and will return.
My wife was raving about the great service she received at this place, so much so, she wanted to give the lady a tip. She did a nice job on the plaque. And the kids loved the cats :)
